Emotional Healing with Crystals Workshop
In this class, you will learn several different techniques for clearing and releasing energy blockages from within the emotional body.

This emotional body is always in a state of flux based on our moods and emotions, but is also able to store our past emotional traumas and wounds. For true growth, it is key to clear this body of emotional debris and negativity, as emotions trigger certain thinking patterns, which in turn, creates our reality. Holding onto this debris within our energy body affects us on a deep, even sub-conscious level that can often surface as physical ailments or dis-ease. Crystals can help us in releasing this "emotional baggage" in a safe way. Utilizing crystals to aid us in this release, allows us to freely experience and acknowledge our emotions, let them go and move forward.
Some exercises that will be explored are a crystal forgiveness exercise, a crystal visualization to open the heart chakra and for emotional grounding, an exercise for healing the inner child and a Rose Quartz visualization to repair damage caused by emotional trauma. We will also discuss creating a crystal grid to release suppressed emotions (example is event picture) and a method for healing the emotional body with a Rose Quartz bath.
Please bring a blanket (or two) and pillow to lay on for this workshop. We will be trying several crystal body layouts including: the Energy Net Layout (to treat anger, depression and other "negative emotions"), the Heart Chakra Layout (for emotional release and calming the emotional body), and a layout for balancing the emotions (with Rose Quartz and Blue Lace Agate).
This may be an intense workshop for some who carry a lot of emotional baggage, consciously or unconsciously. If you choose to join us on this exploration, please be mindful to keep an open heart to help create a safe space for yourself and others to go deeper into their emotional body for healing. You may choose to bring something (ie: a childhood stuffed animal or toy) that brings a sense of security with you.
