To heal the Earth we must heal ourselves for we are Earth embodied. The same way the Earth nourishes itself is in the same way we can nourish our Self. Think about it, the Earth is mostly made up of water, so are we. The Earth’s core and sun (also a symbol for the core) heats the water on the surface which then evaporates, rising to the sky or Heaven, where it condenses turning into the rain that falls back down as an essential nutrient for life. We then take what we need and the rest returns to its original state so that the cycle may begin again. It is a constant renewal of giving and receiving. We are the macrocosm working at the microcosm (eg. fractals).
A majority of us are constantly trying to work towards becoming enlightened and working on bringing our energetic vibration to the higher realms/states of being. But we must remember that we are still Earthy creatures and that connecting with the Earth is just as important as connecting with the Heavens. For if we are deeply rooted in the Earth, only then can we then grow as tall as we would like to the Heavens without fear of the wind.
To truly live through the goodness of our hearts, we must learn to connect Earth (our body) with Heaven (our mind). Grounding tends to be easy for us since we are Earthly creatures, it’s just a matter of remembering to do so. What is harder is releasing our dualistic mind and the labels that go along with it.
